GTi may have slotted itself into #1. It'* cheaper, it'* easier to find one, it'* better on gas, more fun to drive, i like the styling better, build quality good on both of them.

But i gotta go shower, after washing the bonne i'm all hot and sweaty, and got a dinner date with the gf, gf'* parents, gf'* grandparents...

Driving new hot hatches, and gf, what else could I want from a day?

To send your car to Georgia? I'd LOVE to have 2 purple Bonnes.

I would never buy anything with a slogan of zoom zoom no matter how good the car was. I'd get the GTi especially since you like it more. Why not wait for the G8?

The G8 will cost more, and handle less. If I got one, it'd have to be the GXP. I don't just like GM cars, I like good cars. Any make, any country ('cept korea...). I want the top of the range engine in whatever model I get, and It HAS to be fun. The GTi is still big to haul everything, super fun, yet i can still get good mileage from it, mod it, or just leave it alone.

The steering wheel shows exactly what it'* made for..

If it helps, you have my blessings.

And if it helps again, I would buy a GTi in a heartbeat, probably the five door one.

The Vee Dub is shapped better, is basically like a good Momo wheel, and has nicer leather on the surfaces IMO. A Classic sport wheel, and besides the GTi wheel was out long before any G8 will be.

G8 isn't available, isn't in my price range, and just can't handle as well, it'* way to heavy.
