I used to have the JVC HX-Z3 system...460 Watts, fairly similar design w/ subs on the sides of each speaker. I loved the sound. The bass was incredible! Not bad at all for a shelf system. And those are so cheap now. I got mine 3 years ago for $400+. Now they're around $200.

My receiver doesn't work anymore but I still have the twin 8" hyper-power drive subwoofers that I want to use somewhere, somehow.

I have a pair of older but great sounding infinity'* 15 inch. THey sound so good, but I think I may need to get up to speed with a passive radiator system

Im only pushing 80W X 5 which inst much, but it still sounds awesome!!!
