Yeah I was thinking wow, this guy has a really nice house, almost too nice for a gear head; then I realized it'* a furniture store.

I'm not 100% sure, and it ain't on their web site, but...

We paid an extra hundred bucks for the protection plan. Any stain we can't just wipe off, we call a number, and they try to help that way. If that don't work, they send someone out to fix it (I haven't read the details on that one yet). If we don't use the service in the 5 years, we get our hundred bucks back. Sounded like a win/win deal to me.

Now I just gotta save up for the matching Snuggler Recliner

PS, these are their pictures, not mine.....

Oh, that is a good stain protection plan. The ones that spray a stain gaurd on the furniture are a rip off since the treatment is usaully only good for about three months, then it neeeds to be re sprayed to be effective. Something the furniture store doesn't tell you. But sounds like you got a good deal on that service.
And 6 to 8 weeks for a custom order on a sofa is about standard time, actually thats kind of quick compared to some manufactures.

BTW, if you are having it delivered, be sure to tip the delivery guys if they do a good job

Looks like you got a nice recliner-sofa there!
I think we got the spray on stuff when we go ours. But I also opted for the full replacement plan. If they can't get the stain out they replace the fabric, or the entire couch if needed. Also covers rips and tares, even from pets! The pets was the main reason I got it, sooo many cats I figured one of them would claw the crap outa it.
