If they cannot produce drawings for your customizations and upgrades, let me know. I'll do the drawings for a nominal fee.

No i havent made up my mind I just don't want to end up having a house I can't move.

Jim I found another site http://www.drummonddesigns.com. Like I mentioned to you on the phone I just want something I can DUMP and walk away from with some cash in my hand.


I also spoke to a friend who just finished building a house, He isnt doing well and is losing his shirt lol his 195,000 house all said and done ended up costing almost half a million B4 anything outside had been done... The hardest part it'* only worth (On the market) 225,000.00

I dont want to get in to it for that much. and If in 5 years I can't move it I'll rent it out. at least it will be making me money.
