My sis is looking for a car to drive back & forth to work to replace her '97 Maxima she sold. One of the cars she'* looking at is a '02 Nissan Altima. Its nice, fully loaded - however, the catch is that the car has been in an accident 2x. Its being sold by a Nissan dealer who didn't try to hide the fact that its been hit twice - once in the front on the rightside - and once in the back. The damage to the car has been all fixed/restored so it looks nice. My only caution is that I know [from reading on here
] that a car accident can do more than just cosmetic damage. The car has about 1k miles of the manufacture'* warranty left and is being sold by a Nissan dealer.
good, bad, or ugly?
