The matter of the fact is, its wheels lol, shes 16, and has wheels, its a good feeling. Trust me..even though my second car (two months after getting my liscense) was a supercharged sedan, i bought that on my own and worked for, a neon would of been significantly cheaper.
Congrats Kim!

Some of you guys and LADIES have watched Lilpooky grow up over the last 3 years. Some of you have seen her private driving lessons with Dad, her first Solo (on private property), watched her help in the pits and co-drive at Woodburn Dragstrip, and work on the cars. Going from her thermostat change 3 years ago all the way to her recent front brake rotors and pads on the Zilla.
She'* come a long way, and has a really good understanding of what makes things work in a car. I love the fact that she'* had at least a mild interest in what'* under the hood, as she'll have so much of a better understanding of what the car is doing while she'* driving. And she'll be more apt to identify problems by 'feel'.
The girl has it. That'* for sure. She'* a DAMN good driver. She'* even good at speed (she hit 80 in the Zilla yesterday on the freeway out of necessity) and can handle those tough merges that require some power. She'll have to learn the differences and weaknesses of the Neon, but it'* a good car to get comfortable with.
Over the last 6 months, she'* really learned how to drive the Bonnevilles. She has her preference between them too.
I have high hopes for Katie to follow in her footsteps. She'* a great example for her little sister and I'm quite proud of BOTH of them. I got a couple pretty damn smart blondies in the nest here.
