Beer and a Parts car (56k, go get a beer)
Pat, Bill and I brought the parts car back to the Bonnevilla and someone needed to get inside the car the hard way to put her in neutral. Apparently Bill tried out for a part in the Dukes of Hazard at some point.
Pat and I got to work providing our "Supervisors" with comfy seating arrangements.. Notice who'* in the driver'* seat.
"Where are my seat controls and console?!"
Combine 1 former GM mechanic/father, 1 Randman, a certified bonneville nut, myself, and a boosty and what do you get?
The next day as I was putting on the replacement door, Bill gets this idea about starting a Bonneville dating service (for the cars no less!)
Please right click and save the movie before playing.

The bottom line at the end of the day:
When its all said and done we had a hell of a good time over the last couple days ripping that car apart and hanging out.

Let'* straighten a couple things out (Morty...prep yourself..this might sting a bit)
After putting the car on the dolly and sending Morty in with window switches to pull it the rest of the way on the dolly.. OMG.. funny isn't the word. Clearly Morty never tried to get into the front or back seats of any car w/o opening the door. 15 minutes later and a lot of screaming from Morty, tears...I had tears it was damn funny.
Randy and I were thinking up a way to make a two beer holder for the center console.
On the car mating thing. I said that the two harnesses would reach. Morty started his love connection thing. Personally, I figured if we hooked the two together, maybe next week when he breaks something or crashes it again the car could self heal (told you it was gonna hurt )
Anyone that needs to change a door....PM Morty for the instructions on "How not to remove a door". Hood went pretty easy.
All in all he drove away with a multishaded car that now has most of it'* body panels dent free. Looking better Morty.
Pat is left to wheel and deal the parts with me as backup to help set the pricing. Did I mention he'* pricing stuff to sell quick?... PM him for stuff you may need.
