Well, there'* no real return on buying an island until you go to sell it.
Yes, I do agree, though. Apples are being compared to oranges. Calendars are personal property. Islands are real property.

Ok, now to get to the meat of the ordeal: What is "the bowl?"
Also, is it that bad that we might want to buy an island? It is better that you aspire to buy an island than to hit a bowl or a plate or something. Think of buying an island as just another weird and expensive hobby. Plus, with all the connections I'm sure we all have, we could probably get something really good together and start raking in people to see how good the Bonneville is. There could be little, Bonneville-shaped furniture and lighting fixtures!
