Default GXP lineup?

is gone from pontiacs website now, I guess they were actually just concepts....... I figured there wouldn't be a GP or GA now, I wonder why they didn't make the Vibe,Aztek, and Sunfire concepts reality?

From what I understand, the GXP lineup is still in somewhat of a productions standpoint. The Bonneville GXP is out for now (Sales are short of spectacular) and the Grand Prix GXP is on its way. A few months ago, Pontiac was going to give all of its upper models the tag "GXP." Example, the Grand Am GT1 would become the Grand Am GXP and so forth. The only car in the lineup to be excluded was the GTO. My personal opinion is that its all kinda hokey. Its kinda like the Dodge SXT lineup or whatever it was/is called...

Well they are having the top of line motors in Pontiacs, unlike the SXT which is kinda a value/sporty package. The Neon SRT is the highest performer. The SXT is a good package though.

Correct, that is a good thing to add. I am not necessarly up to snuff on this. Do you know if they will continue to have the COMP G, or are they putting a smal 8 in the GP GXP? Again, I should know this, but I don't.

The HO is just referring to the "Ram Air" that the GA GT uses and how its different intake makes 15? hp over the GA SE V6 which has the same 3400 engine...

HO stands for High Output. The head was designed a little different to add horsepower. I sold one of those engines once for $1200.

And what are you talking about with "older gp gxp'*?" I know of the GTP'* and GTX'*.

Pretty cool trim level if you ask me. I mean, not only do you get the appearance but you also get performance.
