Girlfriend was fast asleep by midnight but I wasn't quite ready, so I went and stopped by a friends, ended up going to McDonalds and seeing another friend in the drive through (not sure how he got to McDonalds in his condition). We decided one of us should drive him home, so I followed over and we made sure he got home safe.

Then I ran out to Walmart to pick my mom up a printer. She'* been complaining that she can never get hers to work (It'* USB into a PC upstairs that she'* connecting wireless to from her laptop). Too complicated and too many points of failure. I just wanted to get her a wireless one, but as I was setting up the thing it prints out an email address... huh. So I send it a word document and out it comes! She'* probably going to pee herself when I show her that in the morning.

Also picked up some flowers while out and about so that will make two happy ladies in the morning.

HP calls it ePrint. Email a document to the printer from anywhere in the world, and out it comes. You can set up restrictions at eprint.com to allow only certain senders to print.

It should also support Apple'* AirPrint (works with handheld iStuff) and regular network sharing (what you originally wanted).

One of my clients bought an ePrint-compatible printer. I was overjoyed, but he had no idea what it was. I showed him and he loved it.

Yep, I read through the documentation and its got some pretty cool features. Its hard to keep up with stuff, even when you work in the field. I'm sure its been around a while and I'm just now finding out about it.

I wash what I use but mom still gets to do the laundry since the only thing I won't throw in my bag and wash when I get home is my socks after I find a stray puppy piddle. Puppies are cute but I swear its just a cover and they spend all night strategically placing "surprises" for unsuspecting family members to step in.

Puppys are like children. You get out of them what time and effort you put into them. They don't come pretrained.
