Paint the trim or leave it chrome?
I'm thinking about picking up another can of plasti dip, and painting the chrome trim that runs around my car. I'm not really a fan of how plain the "chrome" looks on these cars..especially cause mine is so light. I photoshopped it, along with the chrome around my tail lights, black to get an idea.

i think it looks good around the tails... not sure if people will just think it fell off or not on the doors/bumper though.

I think i might try it with some electrical tape before I start painting, to give me an idea of what its going to look like before I make a final decision. Hopefully it'll stop raining long enough for me to get it washed so I can do it.

just a quick fyi, if you dont feel like masking everything, on the taillights the chrome is held on by tabs that are bent. bend them back straight and the chrome will just fall off. you have to remove the lights though.

Yeah, I knew that. I was looking at it a couple months ago.. they seemed really fragile though, I don't really want to end up breaking them. :/ I've been looking around for some cheap Regal tails, they don't have the chrome at all.
