First off, WELCOME! Nice to have you here.

As for SSEi, it really doesn't mean anything, but the "i" in a Bonneville means you have the supercharged engine with all the frills and thrills. SSE is an SSEi with a naturally aspirated engine, and SE is the base entry level Bonnie. However there are a few SE'* with the supercharged engines.

Yeah we are used to this question and to this day, no one really knows. Not even the big wigs at GM

Its just a trim level thing, of course then they get all screwy with custom cars, SSEs with superchargers, SE'* with superchargers...all dffernent kinds. Hope you are enjoying yours.

Now all I need is a LE model with a supercharger. That would be awesome.

I never understood why an SSE w/ an SC was still only an SSE. Maybe the SSEi has some options it doesn't? Or they wanted the sleeper look... NO "supercharghed" badges?

I can agree to that one. My car is kinda dry without the HUD, 12-way seating, and Electronic Climate Contol. I forgot and this is kinda embarassing, but I don't even have traction control.

I don't have it but i don't want it either. I've been driving cars for almost 4 years now, none with traction control, ABS is something i haven't had much seat time with.
