mrbeer is for the guy that doesn't have much time, and wants an immediate return on investment, without large burners and fermenters on the back patio.

morebeer is for the guy that has more time and the money to invest up front.

I brew several small batches of different types at one time, a case each, and I'm making much better beer than off-the-shelf for the same price as bud on sale. I don't limit myself to the cans any more either. Like I said, start there and let your brewing take on a life of it'* own.

I brew my beer on the stove, any average stove can do an extract brew with a partial boil, gas is better but you can manage on electric... I do all my brewing in the kitchen

And the fermenter isnt that bad.. it takes up basically the size of one of them 5gal water bottles in the bottom of a closet
