yeah you know, i remember reading that!!!!
some time when bill was back east and was at umm...some wing place...where the have those waiver wings....atomic wings i believe?...
he did the same thing...i think i remember correctly..

First opened in western PA, expanding everywhere now
Signs are posted above the urinals that say as such.
At least at the one in Erie, and I believe Sharon. Not sure about the 'burgh joints.
