how do i tell if my mainboard is a atx or micro atx? its a compaq 6320us if that helps.

well what size is your case that right there will usually tell ya and you tell by demintions cant think of it off top of my head for measurements though and matx has fewer expansion slots

Try Compaq'* Tech support like gateway has. It will list just about everything that came with your computer. Internals to externals.

The best giveaway is how many PCI slots you have. If you have 4 or 5, I'd say it'* safe to say it is an ATX.
