Rush is OK imo..

I know plenty of good music MOS, good = not country.

Oh yeah, Clapton, Van Morrison are also in my stable already. Love BTO... How did we forget Led? I haven't gotten into the Grateful Dead much but i do like what i've heard.

Can't forget Ted Nugent. Stranglehold is one of his best tunes. That and Great White Buffalo (LIve of course).
Jimi Hendrix--best guitar player ever.

Alright, get your laughing out of the way..........

Elton John...... seriously, the guy has some great rock tunes. Pick up a live album with his original band (Davey Johnstone on guitar - triple humbucker Les Paul Black Beauty Custom ) and listen to Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding. Alright, alright, you can stop laughing........ seriously...........

Nuge - Stranglehold is THE best song.. holy crap yeah.

I think everything has been said.. except a few. Paul Rodgers, Free, Styx, The Who, Queen, Kingsmen [or Kingsman, can't remember], The Police, and Deep Purple.
