WOW! Nice house at a great price too!

the black cat isnt stuck up just not very photo friendly. its only 995 sq ft on the top floor but its framed for 2 more rooms,bathroom and a long living room down stair im guessing when i finish it, it will be maybe 1600 or more sq ft. its gonna be work in progress but it will get done before i sell it. but first is central air and then in the spring get the grass going then to finish the garage. anyone have any ideas on what to seal the garage floor with?

You might want to check your local tax brackets. When my brother in law built his house any room without a closet was not conisdered a bedroom, so he has the closets that shared a common wall removed from two of the unused "bedrooms" to lower his taxes. Its easy enough to add the closets when he goes to sell the place.
