good luck, ya im only 21 in the process of building my first house, im excited and kinda nervous at the same time, it will all work out in the end once your settled, ive still have a few months of the build left then im out of the nest, good luck

i'm gonna be in college till im 24, and then i plan to freeload off my parents to save money until i can buy a place on my own, i dont wanna take a mortgage or loan cause i've seen those interest rates...

Wow buying your 1st home at 22 years old...cool. I was living at home till I was 28 and just finally bought my home at 34 last year.
