All cars sold by dealership here carry a minimum 30day bumper to bumper warranty; I beleive its one part of the lemon law so you don't get screwed driving it off the lot.
The warranty length varies with the mileage, 30 days is the minimum and covers cars over 100,ooo miles. I beleive its 60 days for cars under 100k.
I'm fairly sure that almost all states have adopted simular laws, I would look into it before going to the dealership so you can go in knowledgable.

I believe that there is a 30-day defect law in Ohio. If you want info, you can call the Better Business Bureau and they'll have answers. I imagine that'* a very common question for them..

yeah, if they don't budge, I'm going directly to the BBB. It seems that they don't have a great record with them, either. This is gonna be fun... BTW, I'll be shooting some pics of the fluid from the dipstick. I don't want to drop the pan just for "evidence'*" sake, lmao
