It'* disgusting how someone would go behind his back and submit a tape like this. Why should his life be ruined by a call he thought was private, and for saying 1 word in anger?
Not that he should get an award for saying it, and I'm not a huge fan of his either. But, I don't understand why this is news worthy.
Should he be calling people that? Absolutely not. Should CNN be running a huge story on it? Not at all.
I just don't get why CNN is reporting this while our guys are in Iraq getting blown up.

What kills me is he says it and oh no he is a bad man..
you put on any crap rap song and its said a thousand times.....whats with the double standard.
If you dont want the word used.. then no one use it..
its a negative word regardless of who says it.. . it should not be ok for some and not ok for others..
EDIT..
link doesnt work.

Damn, you know, I'm not defending Chapman for his use of language, but his son is pretty scummy for recording a heated conversation and selling it to National Enquirer.... what a sell out.
I mean, we all say stuff we regret, but I guess in todays world, nothing is private.

IMO, people are just looking for news... It was a private conversation between father and son, right? So what if he'* a racist or w/e, he doesn't show it on his show, and if some a-hole wasn't listening in on them, no one would have known about it. This smells like BS to me...
