Took my daughter snowboarding today...
...it was freakin' awesome. Plenty of snow in them mountains. As is par for spring skiing, the snow is soft & heavy so those edges bite and stick. Just a light jacket needed and a lot of sunscreen. Few people up there on a Friday and Hannah & I made so many runs we called it quits by 2:30.
THEN,
a half hour later, we were at the GOLF COURSE. It'* bright, sunny, and about 57* in the valley - so we played a round. No jacket needed. Heh, heh.
Snowboarding and golf on the same day. For The Freakin' WIN!! Groovy.
Hmm. I may just pull out the hose and wash Sirius now. Not that it needs it or anything.
I suck, I know. But somebody had to do it.

Snowboarding FTW. Work has kept me from it for a couple years. Next winter, I'll be all caught up.
Maybe this summer. US Ski Team trains on Mt. Hood year-round.
