Yup. Mailed Laura SilverBullet'* underwear back to the Bullet family from the hotel where they left it at WCBF06, and the Bullet'* sent me some freshly caught (literally ONE WEEK AGO) salmon.
So my project tonight is to create a great Salmon Dip (or Pate), so I've found a couple similar recipes that I'm sortof combining, but also making minor changes to on my own (going a bit Chipotle as well).
Whaddya think?

And a dash of Chipotle Tobasco. If you haven't tried this new one, you haven't lived.
EK98 will test-drive this creation in a couple days while we tear down and PREVENT some issues on his L36.

Chipotle powder would prolly work better and won't add any extra liquid. I'm sure you can find some
Tabasco is prolly what'* on hand, although I'm not a fan of tabasco sauces :?

Glad you like it Bill
1st recipe looks good.
Keep it simple and let the true flavour come through.
We usually just add a couple of teaspoons of Mayo and some chopped nuts and grapes....but most of the time just mayo.......mmmmmmmmmm.

One of the smaller of the 3 jars (how many ounces was that?) of sockeye salmon.
4 ounces of Mayo. Give or take a bit.
4 ounces of cream cheese.
5 TBSP of sour cream (not that lowfat ****).
4 TBSP of lemon juice.
2 TBSP of chopped yellow onion.
1Tsp of smoke sauce.
2 TBSP of Chipotle Tobasco sauce.
1 TBSP of chopped chives.
Wish me luck.
