wow i need some advice im hoping we have a member or two who are or have been laywers/judge/or police officers cause i need to know something what kind of charges and sentece could i expect for a man who
beats his wife just because
tried to assult me with a baseball bat in the middle of the road
always has methemphedamines in the house around his wife and 5 year old son

i was guessing
assault and battery-for beatin his woman
damn near attempted murder- for the meth?? idk this is why i am asking and really need some help i have no idea what him trying to hit me with a bat falls under but i realllllllllyyyy need some help somebody please help me out

Attempted Aggravated Assault. If I were you, I would go to the nearest precinct and ask to talk to a Detective. Explain the circumstance calmly and you might find a person on your side who can help all involved. Sometimes you just get a pencil pusher who wants to get back to his donuts. but usually if you treat him with respect and show a desire to want help and not just retribution; you can get people who need to get involved to get this idiot in check.

okay well a good friend of mine who happens to live just across the street is a police officer so i plan to talk to him but its hard to catch him when hes not busy alot like you lol thanks john

1. domestic assault.
2. attempted assault with a deadly weapon.
3. possession of a controlled substance.

if you call the cops and say a man is beating a woman they will come arrest the guy no questions, even if it isnt true. ive seen it happen.
someone always gets taken for domestic it doesnt matter what happened, so you could have him removed from the house for just that.
taking the illegal drugs into consideration, especially since there is a child involved will also make sure this guy gets put away.
the attempted assault just puts the icing on the cake, you could get this guy in trouble for any single one of the 3 let alone ALL 3. trust me, talk to someone at the police station or your neighbor like you said, they will not hesitate in a case like this.

i went to the police station after he called threating to rip my throat out and damage one of my cars and i reported it and filed for a ppo so if he calls me he goes to jail

he should already be in jail for what hes already done. do any of your other neighbors know whats going on? get them to complain too if they do. if more than one person is sayin this dude has meth around a kid while he beats his wife they will get a search warrant for his house, if they find meth, hes done.
what is this dudes issue with you if you dont mind me asking? why has he got into it with you twice now? is it because he knows you know whats going on over there or what?

also, how do you know he beats his wife and does meth? do you see him doing either? if so, get some evidence, or depending on the wifes views maybe she can help your cause. that would seal the deal, if the wife wants out or just wants him gone but is scared, talk to her and get her to make a statement at the police station against him.
if she doesnt seem to mind what is going on, then it is up to you to get evidence. take pictures if you see him doing meth, take pictures of the marks on his wife, do whatever you are able to do. you have to help that kid out, hes only 5 and that meth will mess his life up. its up to you to take action.

well its my wifes step dad and its all over a gamn car battery i know he does meth and beats his wife(my wifes mom) because she has told me so and he has gone to jail twice for meth plus he called us last night and said he was beating her mom just because he was mad at us it started all in because the battery in my 94 se belonged to them and the battery in their car belongs to me so i went and switched them around then his car wouldnt start so when he called demanding i come back and fix it i did but when i showed up he ran out and swung at my car with a bat so i backed up (foot to the floor in gravel) swung the front end around to keep him away from the car as he was intending to break my window and hit me then he jumps in his friends car and tried to chase me down but i am a MUCH better driver than he is and i got away quickly that and my 94 is no slouch and then today he saw my wife driving and tried to crash into my 94 and run her off the road she had to ditch back thru back roads to get away im tired of this **** all the cop said i can do is file a ppo and make a report but with no hard evidence they cant get a warrant and im not going anywhere near him cause i will whip him within inches of his life and im not going to jail for his ***

the camera itself has no memory in itself. Stick it to your keys and hide it somewhere. maybe for audio? If not, try to conceal it the best you can.
