I wonder why people think i"m an a$$....
Sister: Hey, How do DVD'* work?
Me: WTF are you talking about?
Sister: I put it in and it turns on... How does it see the pictures?
Me: A magnifier.
Sister: Really!?!
Me: Yes. The pictures are about the size of a pinhead. The DVD Player shines a LED through the disc and has a special magnifier to put them on the screen.
Sister: How come I can't see through the disc then?
Me: You ever tried with an LED?
Sister: Cool, I would have never guessed.
Me: I'm ******* with you. It uses a laser to determine the depth of a "groove" in the reflective material. The changing distances are like 1'* and 0'* in a computer.
Sister: You're an *******
