Meh, no big deal. My parents told me that I could read MANY words at about 18-20 months old. I was able to read books around 2-3 years old.

Also have to remember, I was given a IQ test in 2003 by my psychologist, and got a score of 142.

yeah, thats not insane...just an untapped ability that alot of children would display if in the right situation i'm sure.

although, if she continues on that path at the current rate, she'll be ready to graduate from secondary education at about 13

It shows great potential. Hell my parents said I was ahead of the curve when I was little once I hit school I turned into just another dumb redneck. It all depends on how she continues.

early childhood success in "intelligent stuff" has absolutely no relationship to educational success in high school. there are too many other things, not the least of which is envinromental influences. but even the best environment wont really mean anything more for that child than for any other -- the neurons in the brain just have no sheathed or pruned yet. theres just no connexion between the two.

Of course, there'* also people like me. I didn't read at all until kindergarten, but by the time I was in second grade I was tackling the Heinlein juveniles with no help at all. By third, I was at high school level, and by fifth I had topped out the scale on reading ability and comprehension.
On the other hand, I failed courses left and right because I'd get bored waiting for the rest of the class to catch up.
