Little help here please

I have a sony vios laptop , I have the password set up when I turn the computer on , I forgot how to change it .
Does anyone know how to change it?????

Is this a BIOS password? Do you remember the password? Boot passwords are changed in the BIOS which is entered on boot (F2, DEL Ctrl-Insert, depends on model) If you dont remember the password and want to chagne it but cant get in try flashing the BIOS.
