Lounge For casual talk about things unrelated to General Motors. In other words, off-topic stuff. And anything else that does not fit Section Description.

I must say...

Yea, I have noticed they email on weekends. I already had to send my .hpt l36 file to them along with the log twice. Once because editor couldn't load it, and a second time the scanner had no ability to control anything. IE fans, fuel pump etc. They say they are working on getting mine fixed. Should be out in the next update.

UPDATE:
Last Friday I emailed support inquiring about a possible update date. I was told I should have an update 3/16. I might have jumped the gun this morning, but I emailed them again (nicely) asking if I should be seeing an update today. That was 3 hours ago. No response. Normally, they are pretty quick at responding(like 30 mins).

It seems, when they do updates, they send the updates out in batches. Just like shipping the actual product. It'* not the scanner/editing software they update, they just edit my PCM file so it will work with the software. Once the file is done, why can't they just send it??? I really just don't understand the way they do things!

On their forum, I posted 2 questions. SIMPLE questions really. Still, no response.

Lets see... Saturday Mar 17th, I emailed asking about a status.

Reply back was
Finishing up a few things and the build has been pushed back a few days, I will email you as soon as the update is ready

So, a few days later...today...I ask again about an update...

Now they are saying, NEXT week.
WTF?
I replied back. Wasn't nice, wasn't bad. But I had to make my point. I'm #($%&($%) sick of these guys.
