Default What'* a regular price for a HUD windsheild?

I went over to the glass shop to check it out, He quoted me $408.45 Installed, That'* nuts... He wants $215 for a regular windsheld Installed, Is it really that expensive or should I look for a new shop?

That'* VERY cheap for a HUD windshield. Some are over $1000 You can also get an optical coating inside that does the same thing too, but much cheaper.

My current windsheld is cracked badly... my brother thought throwing a golfball over the house was a good idea...

Wow, $408 installed, that'* a bargain! Like Jason said, they go for around $1100.

I recently had mine replaced (a little snow plow incident :? ), and it would have been $1350 were it not for the insurance.

We had the 94'* replace and it cost the insurance company a little over $1100 but only cost us $100 deductible.

I've got State minimum 15/20/40 insurance, and I'll probably never claim anything.... But $400 is a good price Eh? M'kay... Seems high to me, It'* just glass... Wonder if I can get him to tell me list price...

Just remember that you get what you pay for. You should see what your rates would be if you added comprehensive with a $100 or $250 deductible. It shouldn't cost you too much unless you are really young or have a bad driving record. Glad to see your minimum property damage is at least $40,000. Just don't hit anything more expensive than that.

it'* $74 a month... I quoted Comprehensive a while back, my heart still has that off beat once in a while...

That'* a SMOKIN' deal for a WS! Just make sure it'* not made in China. That'* not a joke. We had a VERY unhappy member last week with that. Horrible image.
