Default Rain in January

Why is it raining?

Why did I just see lightning in the middle of winter?

Is that really how it is here?

Back in Europe there was lightning anytime -- Summer, Winter, Spring, Fall,... anytime.

It was really cool to watch those charged up clouds in a summer sunset. aaahhhh.... :(
