Default Unexpected (but pleasant) customer service from Summit

My Sonoma has a Jacobs electronic ignition system and the original coil went out, out of warranty. I purchased a new one 4 months ago and it went out recently. I inquired about warranty replacement, they said no prob, 1 yr. coverage. Sent my defective one in, got a new one back. Cool. A little while ago got another email from summit. they were issuing a credit on the card used for the purchase to cover return shipping of the defective coil. I got 9.98 credit on a 5 dollar shipping bill.

sometimes it pays to pay more. I know summit is expensive on some thing, but things like that make it worth the extra cost.
