Since EGR uses so little of the highpressure gases, I am just going to route more of it in to build up lots of pressure. I know how engines work, BMEP and all that. All turbos do is MAKE PRESSURE! My design will do the same thing. I just need to figure out how to tune it and how to get a tight seal from the exhaust header to the Crossfire throttle bodies.
Someone mentioned an exhaust intercooler, which doesnít sound like a bad idea since COLD AIR makes more horsepower.
I am going to keep it simple for now since I donít have much room for an intercooler in front of the BeCool radiator I bought. Can any of you guys that arenít A$$HATS help me with the install of that, BTW?
