88, i don't know the laws in your state but that sounds like total BS to me.

the issue was solved a few days ago when i worked, the write-up was torn up, and not discussed again. the shift manager was talked to about it by the main assistant manager whom i talked to, and told my verson if the stuff that happened..

oh, I'm sorry.. Have you been in a management position for three years? Or, have you been through management training where state laws, and national laws are went over so you can run a shift?
