Jseabert'* 93 SSE doesn't, but most did. No SE from 92/93 will. Apparently not all 93SLE'* as well, if any.
Not sure when duals started, but my loaded 95SLE has duals, as does my 93SSEi.

Looks like it was standard on SSEi'* in 92, as you said, and then it was included in an option group on SSE "1SB" models...

I believe in 1995 dual air bags were standard on all bonnevilles across the board
And I think your right Driver... It may have been 97..
