How would you spend 1300 on a tv? Can I keep it?

Yes it would. This isn't the first thing Best Buy has screwed up recently.

1: Issued my wife a Rewards card under my name and phone number even though I already had one, now we have several hundered points floating out there

2: Canceling a printer order because they couldn't verify my info even though I used all the same info that I used to order the TV in the first place. After an hour and a half on the phone they recreated the order and it mysteriously worked.

3: Tried to cancel the free portion of my order because it was on backorder, only to ship it three days later.

4: Sending me another TV and having one scheduled for delivery in two weeks.

All in one month.

... and UPS says it has my chair in Ohio on its way here. So Best Buy really is trying to deliver a TV.

Maybe. I'm gonna call tomorrow and reschedule the delivery if they haven't figured it out yet. Then I'll hold onto it for a while in the box to see if I get charged or they come looking for it.
