How do I remove the sticker on my truck
I am talking about the 4x4 sticker on the rear of the truck. I tried a razer on a warm day but it just chipped the emblem.

goof off or goo gone and a tough rag. maybe a cut peice of jeans.. let it soak with the liquid.. no water.. for 5 minutes then soak it some more then soak the rag and scrub with some elbow grease.. or you can use a plastic scraper instead of a rag.. i used this to get the pin stripe off my car...

Goo gone does work well, but there is a specific product that they sell at Autozone and Pep Boys that works even better. I can't recall the name of it, but it comes in a little blue squirt bottle, says something about "bumper sticker remover" on it. It works REALLY well at getting decals off, and will not hurt anything it gets on.
You can also try your local paint and body guys, and see if they have a "decal eraser".

Pick up an eraser wheel like this http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?i...emType=PRODUCT I picked one up for about $6 at a local auto parts store. If that decal is a normal "stick on" decal, then the eraser wheel is the way to go.

A heat gun will work, but will be slow and you will still have to use some Goo Gone on the residue left over. Try the eraser wheel... you won't be dissapointed It will be gone in a few seconds with the wheel and a cordless drill, no chance of damage, and when it is gone, there is only dust left :P

GooGone is NOTHING compared to 3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover. I wish people would stop recommending GooGone on this forum. But neither of them will work until the bulk of the sticker has been removed. Be careful with the eraser wheel. They can leave major swirl/buffing marks. I wouldn't use it.

I will stop saying to use goo gone no problem
I will also say that while there may be a possibility of swirl marks, I think it is very low. All it is a rubber eraser that spins and "erases" the decal away. There was no marks at all where I used it on my '93, and I am VERY picky I would think also that any marks that may be left could be taken care of with some Scratch X pretty easily. You use the edge of the wheel and not the face, so there really isn't any spinning on the paint, just friction from the rubber in one direction.
