Default Flood Car

You know, I've always been on the look out for these cars, and I'm pretty sure I found one...

Is there a way to report that, or is someone going to be a very unlucky person?

I would send a message to whoever bids on it and put the carfax link or report on there.

Now that I look again I noticed the condensation on the cluster...

But I don't see Mildew or the windows being cloudy.

The picture of the windows, it seem as though there is a slight mirror tint on them. Either that or it'* the way the sun is reflecting. I dont think its cloudiness.
