Default How do you drive?

A lot of us here are into performace parts and speed. I know that some of these Bonnevilles are used as family cars and some used as "rice eaters". So how do you use yours?

Personally, I drive mine like it is GT performance race car, taking the corners and hitting the dtraight aways!

I too drive like there'* no tomorrow! My 92 SE barely ever goes below 60KM/Hr! On the Hwy it goes about 110 - 140 km/hr on average too! Straight roads, curved roads, my SE takes them all on w/o any difficulty!

You know Gord, it'* a good thing that spelling still doesn't count .

I usually push my car when ever I can. In town, on the highway, I don't really race much cause the opportunity doesn't usually present itself. It may be a 1990 but can still go ( that is till I sell it(the cutlass)). Getting closer and closer to a new car.

I'm prone to drive hard for not particular reason, and have a passion to pull outta overdrive and listen to those rpms rev up to 3k.

First tiime JSeabert rode in my car (before he bought his), I was doing 83mph in second gear on the freeway.....we ripped up the onramp in 2, and I forgot to shift back.....freaked me out when I saw the HUD. Still had go in it in 2, too. Good thing I have the pee repellant on the seats, too. Made it easy to clean up. Right, Josh?

I had a friend of a friend who thought his Neon (of all things) was faster than a 4 door family car. Well, I couldn't just let that one slide. So all three of us went for a ride. I took it real slow out of the lot and down two blocks. He was in the back seat but leaning up between the front seats. Well, I cranked the wheel and lit them up. He was thrown into the back seat fairly quickly. I let off the gas 2 blocks later doing over 60. I asked him for a fith time what he though. He then agreed that a Neon wouldn't even stand a chance.

This is actually pretty common for my driving style.

Default I drive like a grandma

I drive like a grandma. Watch my tachometer. It rarely goes above 2000. Occasionally I have a problem with someone on the expressway, so I push it a bit (like 3000).

My last Bonny went 252,000 on the original engine and trans before I sold it. Wonder why?

I live in the city, and it seems like every time I push it, I have to hit the brakes (too many people!) So now I hardly even use the accelerator. Sometimes I get a bit of road rage, though, then look out!

I know, I know. I'll probably catch a lot of flak for that! (I already catch a lot of flak for that.)

Look at all of those Emoticons.
