Default Legal to do this?

Here'* a question for you... if one were to order Priority mail boxes for free off of the USPS website, and didn't want to pay priority mail service fees when selling products on a site, say like Amazon, and were to invert the box then send it media mail... would this be legal? Figuratively speaking of course...

Well, even though that says you cannot use the packaging for purposes other than USPS, it doesn't specify that you cannot do what you mentioned AND use USPS to do the media mailings, does it?

I have a friend who tried to send it with the regular box with the Priority mail scratched out and send it normal and they yelled at him for it, so he stuck it in a slightly larger box and they took it, and that gave him an idea :P
