Should fit fine, as long as the bolt pattern is 5x115. The offset should be 40mm, as well.

And if I was going with the GP GXP wheels stock tire size on the rears is 225/50/18 so why wouldnt 235/50/18'* fit...

I ran with a set of 18x9 rims on my GP, they had 245x40x18" tires.
They stuck out of the fender wells 1" more then design because they were Cobra wheels for a mustang.. yep 43mm offset.
5 years later I just switched back because that offset was contributing to my negitive camber problems. Its all good now.

Now days there are planty of whels to choose from, you should be able to get what you like in the proper pattern.

BTW, those look great.
