This was something me and a friend were talking about. Which state do The Simpsons live in? I have strong opinions that it is in Texas.

Well, I always thought Springield, IL. Here is what I found on that:

My folks lived in Springfield, South Dakota for awhile, and believe me, there are lots of similarites...

northern kentucky!!!! there was a special on the simpsons. they did a simpson behind the laughter. the producers of the simpsons put it out. not vh1 or E or anythign like that

Kentucky..ya, when they had that "Behind the Laughter" show, the mentioned "this northern Kentucky family"

I always thought they were from Illonois too...

Kentucky... that would explain a lot of things.

While we're on this subject, how many of you guys remember the ORIGINAL Simpsons, and where they started? Lets see who can get this without looking it up.

I'll give you a hint......they were animated shorts on another show.

This is off the site posted above. The "NT" doesn't relate to any State, but 49007 is a Kalamazoo, Michigan Zipcode.
