Man that'* ugly.... and it'* only for attention.

If I had to make a guess... I'd say the driver/owner did it because they are big into a local sports team... or school/state team of some sort. If you look at the people in the picture they seem to be wearing the same colors... maybe on their way to a sporting event.

Anyways... that'* my lame detective skills for the night.....
(can anyone make out the state LP, or the bumper sticker?)
