My Trip to Toronto - 25+ pics (56K IDK)
So I took my annual trip to visit my brother from a Canadian mother, Jim W, last weekend. In the process I sold my 94 to thunderhand who also lives in Mississauga.
It was a busy weekend, and a very good trip. Sunday we saw the last Blue Jays game vs. Tampa Bay. TO lost but it was a good experience going to the Sky Dome (aka Rogers Centre), and we got a free Blue Jays beanie (aka "tuke" in Canadian lingo).
After the game we went to the CN tower. We went to the lookout level (~1200 feet high), went down a few stairs to the glass floor. The glass floor was TRIPPY!! It was a crazy feeling standing on a glass floor over 1100 feet up. We finally went up to the Sky Pod level, 1,465 feet high, to the highest observation deck in the world. On a clear day you can see Rochester, NY. The total height of the CN Tower is 1815 feet.
Anyway, onto the pics!!

This is from the Sky Pod, 1465 feet up. The large main round section you see is 330 feet below me here. The NEXT picture shows with an arrow exactly where I was standing when I took this pic.

The camera is an old Fujifilm Finepix 2.0 MP with 6x optical zoom. Nothing too great at all, but it does the job.
Nothing was PS'd, besides the white arrow in that one pic.

Y'know, ever since I heard about that glass floor, I've wondered one thing: How often do they have to scrape off white crayon from people drawing "cracks" in the glass?

heh, storeys is a construction term for levels of a building, it has nothing to do with a "story"
Nice to see the pics posted Pete , I wish I had remembered my camera'* memory card that day. It was a great day for baseball, albeit a bit windy.
