This is brand new hardware out of the box. I also have the manual that came with it and it doesn't tell what the ID and Pass are.

Try to get the instructions online for it. You may not have a password on it either. It sounds like you are just using the switch part, and not hooked up thru the lan port. If you hooked up to only the switch ports you would just be extending or spliting the network, if you hooked up thru the WAN you'd have seperate networks which would show up on tracert.

hehehe

After much pissing and moaning I finally realized that the switch I was trying to get into belonged to my roomate, and not the one I wanted. So I wrote a batch file to systematiacally ping my entire lan looking for ip'* and I finally found it and got in. Thanks for all the help though.
