Well at least he made use out of that second big cutout!
You don't know how many Neons and such I've seen driving around with a bumper like that, and only one fart can. It looks so ridiculous with the other cutout empty.
Either one or two fart cans is bad anyway.

there is one at my school like that...but they took the bumper off...looks stupid...ill bring the dig to school on tuesday and see if i can find it
