10 years from now you won't care about who was in your high school, what they are doing now, and whether or not funding is still being given (unless you still live in the same town).

Life is all a perspectve. Don't beat yourself up for not having a social life in High School, as long as you did ok and graduated there are far better things in life.

According to your "whens ur b day???" thread, you were born in 1990. And if you were over here, that would put you in grade 9 this September... which is *beginning* high school. You haven't been there (and if you have, you haven't been for long), how can you say it sucks? I'm entering my grade 12 year next year, I'm the class of 2005. Cherish your high school years and your youth my friend. It'* not just what happend in school. It'* everything that happens when you're about this age. HS is just part of it.

Yeah, if you are in ninth or tenth, you just survived (and sometimes that'* really what it is) middle school. Those years were aweful, but high school age is, like everyone said, and experience. Do everything you can to get the most from it, I'll tell you from experience that it'* great to look back and have very, very few regrets.

I think you are missing our point. It'* not so much the fact that you are in high school...it has nothing to do with the classes, the buildings or the schedules, and everthing to do with the age and the experience. I'm just trying to say, don't knock until you've been through and live thru it like there'* nothing beyond it (obviously in a safe and legal type way )...it'* more fun that way. And just when you think you've had all the fun you can, there'* college....

i went to a private school (20 kids per grade) k-6th grade. it was really fun, but my parents couldnt afford the $10,000 a year for me and my bro, so they sent us to the public school in town. i was so nervous to start middle school in the high school building, but it turned out being a great change. high school was completely awesome and i made a lot of friends i would never met otherwise. i was not the most popular and not the most corner kid, and it was perfect. just * tip for high school, make friends with EVERYONE, eventually it will all pay off. and yes, COLLEGE ROCKS
