Oh, for cryin' out loud ...that thing'* like $130 at Harbor Frieght. I used one just like it a couple weeks ago to yoink the engine out of the '93. Crack your dang walley open an' go git yerself one. Call it early Christmas. Or get it for yourself for my birthday.

Or, better yet, just use the Force to get engines in & out.

I'll give you $100 for the Bonneville with no motor Then you can go buy an engine hoist.

When yer as old as I is, you ain't got time to pine over the loss of a $100 hoist. Replace it and move on, my young Padawan.

Bill as I'm sure you're already aware, there are several choices for a replacement.

Purchase one on sale with the help of donations starting with the people that took advantage of the old hoist when it was available
Purchase a chain pulley at 1/3 the cost.
Rent one when needed for the same cost as a chain pulley.
Find a used one on Craig’* list, EBay, etc for a lot less with the help of donations.
Split the cost amount members in your area that may have the need for one in the future.

Those are the more feasible options.

By the way Bill, NICE TOOL BOXES!!!!!
