speaking of this while in line getting vouchers for the dunes this weekend me and a bunch of duramaxes powerstrokes, and other trucks were having revv competitions hahha we were so bored and it was so fun

I don't think I'll copy your tips, just your "muffler". Think I'll go with traditional slash cut tips.

mine give it a low rumble with the rolled edges if you go with those slash cut flowmasters you get a crackle, i wish mine had a tad bit more crackle but it has a real nice muscle car like rumble that everyone ive met likes

Well after listening to videos online I didn't really notice a difference in the tip sound. Mainly that it just was 4" wide with 18" in length.

compared to my friend who has the same setup just flowmaster tips it was different

I don't even know what brand tips I'm getting. There'* a muffler who sells the whole setup installed for $350. Your choice of muffler and angle you want on your tips. He usually uses Flowmaster 40s so if you want those your truck is done by end of the day. Since I'm gonna go with the 10 he'll have to order it.

i ordered mine online and brought them to the shop, he had some 3" rolled tips there that he said he could have given me cheaper but i wanted the 4" some shops dont have the better stuff on hand

I'll see if this dude has 4" tips. If not then I'll have him order them too depending on the price difference. Luckily I won't have to worry about rust too much but I know he carries stainless tips.

thats what mine are, polished stainless steel, ive got some black marks on them now from rippin around on the dunes haha i love em
