Actually, no!
In "The China Study," the content also goes over reversing heart disease and literally either reversing or stopping cancer. What you have done for 20-40 years can be reversed by following a different regiment.
Besides, even if it were not possible to stop or reverse damage, it'* still illogical to assume that one should continue doing something harmful. The human body can only digest about a half a pound of animal products per week, so "moderation" in the scientific sense must mean at most an 8oz steak per week or less and vegetarianism for the rest of the time.
BAM!

Few years ago when I was in the Army, a friend of mine introduced me to Everclear. 190 proof, 95% corn grain alcohol. The bottle has warnings on it insisting that this be mixed with something. Nowadays, if I get a whiff of rubbing alcohol, vodka, or Dr Pepper, I start dry heaving. Nasty stuff that won't leave the old harddrive.

Can you still eat eggs, milk, by-products that use those two, or animal crackers anymore?
I know I can live without me for 2 weeks without much problems(except for the shakes).

well, after two weeks, I am actually feeling a lot less sluggish than I used to. Along with a supplement (recommended by my doctor) and eating other foods that "fit the bill" so-to-speak, I really do feel great!! Hopefully now, with an exercise regiment in place, this damn belly will start to shrink as well.

And one more thing: I'm back to GXPVenom'* comment on how the damage is done after eating in one way for so many years. You see, the thing is that you can shut off heart disease and cancer, and even reverse heart disease, but you likely won't have either. By the way, a diet in this sense means "the stuff you eat" rather than specifically meaning "the stuff you eat for weight loss" because it'* not a weight loss diet. Ultimately, switching to this diet of no animal proteins will help you then not develop cancer even with the right conditions. Granted, you may in general suffer from the exposure to whatever causes cancer, whether it'* a toxin or radiation.

Oh yeah, that'* good stuff. But you can still have fries! No one'* saying you should give up grease or horrific amounts of salt. In fact, I just had a bunch of peanuts today!
