I recenty ordered a corner lamp from GMPD. They accuse me of giving them the wrong number, and didn't take back the part. I emailed them for a part # on a power antenna and they sent me an email back with the #. I found it interesting this was part of the email:
Please keep in mind gmpartsdirect.com cannot
be held responsible for incorrect part numbers. Please feel free to
validate the accuracy with your local dealer. As a note, special order
and electrical parts are non-returnable so please verify your part
numbers are correct.
IMO, they should
be responsible if they get part #'* wrong. I like how they try to avoid fault in everything!
If GMPD sends people a part # they are asking for, GMPD should make sure it is correct. If it isn't it should
be their fault. Just my 2 cents. I hope no one else has had problems with them.
