snow is fun for all you southerners. us yankees are used to it and its just annoying like rain is lol. im really dreading memphis traffic with snow. it was raining today and 3 people spun out and the avg speed was 48 on the 35 miles of 70mph freeway according to my phone. its gonna be miserable with a whole 3" of snow lol.
Korea got a good amount.

lauren called off work last year because there were flurries and she was afraid to drive lmao. so when i think south thats my go to stereotype. shes from b-ham. this apt complex is gonna be funnnn with snow. the entire complex (super hilly too) is sealcoated like you would a driveway. so in sneakers even in rain its like ice. im gonna scare me a southerner with some slides in the morning

we havent got any snow to stick around here yet, its kinda freakin me out, usually we have a couple storms with at least an inch or two by now. there has been a couple years there was half an inch on Halloween. makes me wonder when we are really going to be hit.
i hate driving in the city when its snowing, poeple always drive stupid slow or just stupid.

Nothing has stuck here yet either, supposed to get some snow this weekend though so we will see. One of the Almanacs said N Central is supposed to get hit with a few blizzards in the next three months so we'll see if they are right or not...lol. I hope it holds off for 2 more weeks though. I don't like to take pictures of a dirty car.

do you see snow? no. why did i have to idle for my entire commute. took a 30 min commute and turned it into a 2 hour commute. i thought i teleported to chicago somehow lol. its still "snowing" but with the sun its 33 so its not sticking.
i think everyone in memphis should spend a month, or even a week in chicago in February. itll fix the highways here after that lol.
*end rant*

When I was in Florida, it snowed at the end of 09. I lived 20 miles away. I was like "cool, snow." Then they announced that if we lived town X (where I lived) we could leave to get our kids since they were letting out the schools.
It snowed for all of 20 minutes and nothing stuck to the roads.

nice. we're going up to chicago for the auto show in feb, and possibly new years. im planning on borrowing a car and teaching her to drive in the snow. (in an empty parking lot with no light poles of course) preferably one with a hand brake so i can teach her how to get out of slides and cause them myself... ill be sure to take some vids lmao.
